Spent Christmas at a luxurious hotel in Georgia. Loved the stunning grounds and gorgeous architecture. the lobby bar with the piano playing in the evening was a real treat. Loved the food, especially at the rooftop restaurant with a cozy ambiance. the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The service was not always up to par with a 5-star hotel. the refill of the coffee machines took too long during breakfast, and some minor requests were not handled promptly.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there was a nice selection of food available for breakfast.
The facilities and decor were a bit dated and could use an update. Some of the amenities, such as the WiFi, were difficult to use and needed assistance from staff.

This hotel is a luxurious and elegant escape, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the service was impeccable and the spa & wellness centre offered a range of treatments, including body wraps and full body massages. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were pristine, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for use on the private beach. the restaurant served delicious meals, including special diet menus. the rooms had exclusive advantages, and I appreciated the in-room breakfast.
The entertainment was lacking and there was no live entertainment or karaoke available. this hotel was a wonderful experience with only a minor flaw.
